Job summary

Total Wine & More in Houston is seeking a Front End Team Member who will handle transactions, greet customers, and help guide their shopping experience. You will often be a cashier, but may also assist as a sales associate or merchandiser, supporting the store team and reporting to management.

Responsibilities include processing transactions, answering questions, promoting the loyalty program, and maintaining a safe, clean, compliant store environment while delivering friendly, efficient service

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience in a retail setting preferred.
• Ability to engage customers and build relationships.
• Familiarity with loyalty programs and promotions.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including ID verification and bagging.
• Provide friendly service and offer product knowledge to customers.
• Maintain knowledge of current advertisements, promotions and loyalty programs.
• Adhere to safety, legal requirements, and store policies; support cross-functional tasks.
