Total Wine & More is seeking a Front End Team Member to provide fast, friendly cashiering and personalized service at our Stateline, Idaho store. You may also serve as a sales associate or merchandiser as needed.

You will greet customers, process transactions, promote the loyalty program, and help customers select products with up-to-date promotions. Qualified applicants will have a high school diploma or equivalent and 1–3 years of retail experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of work experience, 1+ years in retail preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.

Responsabilités

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including identification verification and payment handling.
• Deliver friendly service, greet customers, and inform about products and services.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards across the store.
• Comply with laws related to alcohol sales and maintain a safe store environment.
• Complete cross-functional responsibilities as assigned.
