Total Wine & More in Concord, NH is seeking a friendly Cashier/Front End Team Member to deliver fast, local service. You will process transactions, greet customers, and inform them about products and services while promoting our loyalty program.

This role may also encompass sales associate or merchandiser duties and requires 1–3 years in retail with a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. Training on wine and beer is provided.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of work experience, retail preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory software.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including identification verification and payment handling.
• Deliver exceptional service by greeting customers and promoting loyalty programs.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards across the store.
• Ensure adherence to laws related to sale of alcohol and maintain a safe store environment.
• Complete cross-functional responsibilities and other duties as assigned.
