Total Wine & More in New Jersey is seeking a Front End Team Member to deliver fast, friendly cashier service and engage customers with product knowledge. You may also assist as a sales associate or merchandiser as needed.

Internally this role is referred to as Front End Team Member and reports to store management. The position supports promotions, loyalty programs, and a positive checkout experience for guests.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of work experience, retail preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately, verify identification, handle payments, promote loyalty programs, and bag products.
• Deliver friendly service, greet customers, and inform them about products and services.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards across the store.
• Adhere to laws related to alcohol sales and keep a safe store environment.
• Handle cross-functional tasks as needed.
