Job summary

Ollie’s Bargain Outlet, Inc. is seeking a Retail Front End Team Leader to drive store operations, lead a sales team, and deliver a high‑quality customer experience across the front-end.

You will oversee payroll basics, scheduling, training, and safety, while supporting donation programs and member sign-ups.

Qualifications include a high school diploma and 1–2 years of supervisory experience; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; flexibility for evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front-end, entrance, and exterior standards while driving associate productivity and customer service.
• Assist with payroll budgets, expenses, store banking, shrink reduction, and reporting.
• Lead donation programs and Ollie’s Army sign-up and membership.
• Lead monthly safety meetings and ensure follow-up actions are completed.
• Assist with hiring, development, supervision, and scheduling of store Associates to support staffing and performance goals.
• Support merchandising execution and ensure pricing updates are completed as required.
• Perform all Team Leader functions to open and close the store when needed and complete additional responsibilities as assigned.
