Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Team Leader to guide department associates in daily tasks, merchandising, inventory control and customer service. You will help staff the department, coordinate training, and implement scheduled activities while maintaining pricing integrity and promotional programs.

You will lead by example, drive sales, monitor KPIs, and foster a positive team environment with outstanding customer interactions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–4 years retail sales experience; supervisory experience a plus.
• Strong customer service and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily activities of department associates.
• Execute merchandising directives and maintain plan-o-grams.
• Staff department with service-oriented associates and coordinate training.
• Prepare weekly schedules and coach staff for performance and customer relations.
• Ensure high level of customer service and product knowledge across staff.
