Job summary

Qualifications

• 6 months retail experience including operating front-end equipment.
• 6 months customer service experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Supervise associates, assigning duties and training on procedures.
• Provide member service guidance and resolve complaints per guidelines.
• Ensure policy compliance and assist with recruiting and scheduling.
• Process memberships, upgrades and credit accounts, and encourage renewals.
• Oversee merchandise organization, shrink management, and cleanliness.
• Handle cash operations, deposits and reporting as needed.
• Collaborate with managers and teams to meet business goals.
• Lead teams, provide feedback, and model adaptation to change.
