Job summary

Qualifications

• 6 months retail experience including operating front-end equipment.
• 6 months customer service experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Assists management with supervision of associates by assigning duties and communicating goals.
• Provides direction and guidance on member service approaches and techniques to resolve issues according to company guidelines.
• Supports recruiting, hiring, scheduling, and coaching to build and maintain a high-performing team.
• Promotes membership and supports sales events and marketing efforts.
• Ensures store areas are organized, merchandised, and processes are followed to minimize shrink and maintain cleanliness.
