Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Supervisor / Selling Floor Supervisor in Pinole, CA to lead front-end operations and drive store performance.

You will work with Store Management to supervise associates, coach sales staff, and deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment. This role offers growth opportunities, competitive pay, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in off-price, big box, or specialty environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive, engaging attitude.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to move/handle/lift store merchandise weighing 40 lbs. or more and stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all store functions and associates as Manager on Duty.
• Maximize sales through training, development, and coaching of direct reports.
• Promote safety for customers and associates by following guidelines.
• Cultivate a diverse culture based on teamwork and collaboration.
• Address issues and supervise front-end operations to ensure exceptional service.
• Reinforce asset protection strategies to minimize shrink.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new associates.
• Participate in weekly workload planning meetings.
• Drive community relations through company programs and partnerships.
• Coordinate meal and break periods and monitor schedule adherence.
