Burlington Stores, Inc. is hiring a Full-Time Customer Service Supervisor or Full-Time Selling Floor Supervisor for our Chattanooga, TN location. Base Pay ranges from $16.00 to $18.00 per hour, with competitive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualificações

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in off-price, big box, or a specialty retail environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and engaging attitude.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays as required.
• Ability to move/lift 40 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise all store functions and associates while in the role of Manager on Duty.
• Maximize sales results through training, developing, and coaching of direct reports.
• Promote safety for both customers and associates by adhering to company guidelines.
• Cultivate a diverse culture based on teamwork and collaboration.
• Solve issues/concerns, making informed decisions and supervising the front-end operations to ensure exceptional, friendly, and professional customer service.
• Reinforce our Asset Protection strategies to minimize shortage.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new associates.
• Participate in weekly workload planning meetings.
• Drive Community Relations participation through company programs and partnerships.
• Coordinate meal and break periods and monitor schedule adherence.
