Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. in Hamden, CT is seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Supervisor / Selling Floor Supervisor to join the store leadership team.

You will work closely with Store Management in merchandising, customer service, operations and human resources to drive results and develop a high-performing team. Base pay ranges from $18.94 to $20.94 per hour, with benefits including medical, dental and vision coverage, paid time off, holidays, 401(k) and an associate discount.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience within an off-price, big box, or a specialty environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and engaging attitude.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays as required.
• Ability to move/handle/lift store merchandise weighing 40 lbs. or more, as well as the ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.

• Train, develop, and coach direct reports to maximize sales.
• Ensure store safety by following company guidelines.
