The role includes supervising cashiers, courtesy clerks, and fuel associates; maintaining safes and cash handling procedures; enforcing security, scheduling breaks, and keeping the shopping area clean and organized.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to meet standard Physical and Mental demands.
• Ability to understand and follow verbal and/or written instructions, perform routine and repetitive tasks and have constant contact/interaction with various levels of individuals on a daily basis.
• Ability to attend on-site work during scheduled shifts to adhere to company time and attendance policies.

Responsibilities

• Promote and maintain efficient and courteous service to customers.
• Supervise front end operations and staff.
• Supervise cashiers, courtesy clerks, and fuel associates.
• Maintain security of safes and cash handling procedures.
• Ensure all safety and alarm policies are followed.
• Monitor housekeeping and store presentation.
• Answer incoming calls and assist customers as needed.
• Ensure compliance with age-restricted product laws.
