Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in off-price, big box, or specialty retail.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive, engaging attitude.
• Full-time availability including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift 40 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all store functions and associates as Manager on Duty.
• Coach direct reports to maximize sales and improve service.
• Promote safety and adhere to company guidelines.
• Recruit, interview, and onboard new associates.
• Coordinate scheduling and workload planning weekly.
