Burlington Stores, Inc. in Brooklyn Center, MN seeks a Full-Time Customer Service Supervisor or Selling Floor Supervisor to join our store leadership team and develop a high-performing, diverse workforce.

As manager on duty, you’ll supervise front-end operations, coach associates, promote safety, recruit and onboard new staff, and work with management on planning and community partnerships while delivering exceptional customer service.

Competenze

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in retail.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Able to work full-time including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to move/lift merchandise up to 40 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.

Mansioni

• Supervise all store functions and associates as Manager on Duty.
• Maximize sales through training, coaching, and development of direct reports.
• Promote safety for customers and associates by following guidelines.
• Foster a diverse culture based on teamwork and collaboration.
• Resolve issues, supervise front-end operations, and ensure exceptional service.
• Support asset protection and shrink reduction strategies.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new associates.
• Participate in weekly workload planning meetings.
• Engage in community relations through company programs and partnerships.
• Coordinate meal and break periods and monitor schedule adherence.
