Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Effective training skills.
• Proven supervision and coordination capabilities.
• Solid counting and math skills.
• Ability to read and write to complete documentation accurately.
• Knowledge of front-end operations and check stand procedures.
• Awareness of compliance and basic contract/work rules.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with a remarkable shopping experience by training and accountability.
• Manage front-end performance, tills, cash handling, and program compliance.
• Directly lead Clerks and Clerk Helpers toward high business performance.
• Ensure front-end and parking lot conditions meet standards.
• Perform store balancing to enhance store operations.
• Handle front-end management tasks including refunds, loans, and check authorizations.
• Monitor customer experience on the front-end.
• Occasionally maintain total store operations in the absence of store management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
