Food City is seeking a Front End Supervisor to oversee the store's front end operations and staff, ensuring efficient, courteous service to customers in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role requires 18+ years of age, ability to handle cash, supervise cashiers and fuel associates, and enforce company policies and security procedures on a daily basis. The position is on-site with a focus on loss prevention, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to meet standard Physical and Mental demands.
• Ability to understand and follow verbal and/or written instructions, perform routine and repetitive tasks, and have constant contact with various levels of individuals on a daily basis.
• Ability to attend on-site work during scheduled shifts to adhere to company time and attendance policies.

Responsibilities

• Promote and maintain efficient and courteous service to customers.
• Supervise and monitor the total functions of the front end.
• Supervise and monitor cashiers, courtesy clerks, and fuel associates.
• Maintain security of safe and change funds and count safe during shifts.
• Follow all policies regarding sale of restricted products and AML compliance.
• Keep front end clean and ensure proper parking lot and cart maintenance.
