Qualifications

• 6 months of supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Retail, grocery, customer service, or cash-handling experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to train and coach employees.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining professionalism.
• Knowledge of front-end/store procedures and policies.
• Ability to make sound decisions and delegate tasks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily front-end operations and supervise front-end staff.
• Oversee opening/closing procedures, including cash handling and audits.
• Provide direction, training, and coaching to front-end employees.
• Count, balance, and secure cash drawers, safes, and registers.
• Ensure accurate cash handling and proper change when required.
• Monitor customer flow and staffing to maintain coverage and service quality.
• Address customer questions and escalate issues to management when needed.
• Promote a positive, teamwork-driven work environment.
• Coordinate with store management for scheduling and front-end needs.
• Perform front-end duties as needed, including operating a register.
