Job summary

Qualifications

• 6 months of supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Retail, grocery, customer service or cash-handling experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to train and coach front-end staff.
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume customer environment.
• Knowledge of front-end procedures and store policies.
• Strong math and cash-handling skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Proficiency with email, MS Office, and related applications.
• Adherence to safety, security, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee opening and closing procedures and balance cash drawers.
• Provide direction, training, and coaching to front-end employees.
• Ensure accurate cash handling and proper register procedures.
• Monitor customer flow and staffing for coverage.
