Job summary

STAGER STORE is seeking an experienced Front End Supervisor for our busy Alaska store. You will ensure smooth operations, implement processes that attract and retain guests, and lead by example with the highest standards of customer service.

You will coach staff, plan promotions, manage POS information, and oversee inventory receiving. The role includes scheduling shifts (Mon 8:00–17:30, Thu/Fri 16:00–20:00) and fostering a fun, energetic work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail management at store level.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Excellent team building and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Coach employees in tactics to attract and retain guests.
• Plan and execute sales, promotions, and events.
• Maintain information in the point of sale system.

• Schedule Monday 8am to 5:30 pm. Thursday and Friday 4pm to 8pm.
