Jetro Restaurant Depot in Griffith, IN is seeking a Front-End Supervisor to oversee daily customer service, transaction accuracy, and front-end staff performance. You will help ensure processes are followed and support a fast-paced retail environment.

This role requires basic cash-handling knowledge, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work well in a team. Prior supervisory or lead experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support daily front-end operations to ensure efficient and accurate transaction processing
• Assist with monitoring cash handling procedures and resolving minor discrepancies
• Provide support and direction to front-end staff during daily operations
• Ensure front-end areas are organized, clean, and operating efficiently
• Assist in maintaining customer service standards and resolving customer issues
• Support scheduling and workflow coordination for front-end staff
• Help enforce company procedures and policies at the front-end
• Communicate operational issues or concerns to management

Work Environment / Expectations

Primarily retail or front-end operational environment. Requires standing, walking, and interacting with customers and staff. May require schedule flexibility based on business needs.
