Job summary

Reid's in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Front End Supervisor who will oversee staff preparing coffee drinks and food, while creating a friendly, hospitable atmosphere for customers. You will help customers find items, stock the store, ring up purchases, and ensure fast, accurate service.

The role requires a passion for coffee, strong customer service, and the ability to stay organized in a busy retail environment.

Qualifications

• Merchandising experience and strong customer service skills are required.
• Open availability to work a flexible retail schedule.
• Knowledge of food service regulations is preferred; certification is a plus.
• ServeSafe or Food Handler’s Certification, or willingness to obtain, is preferred.
• Excellent customer communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a friendly smile and provide efficient, personal service.
• Take food and drink orders and describe menu items accurately.
• Demonstrate understanding of coffee preparation, including specialty drinks.
• Enter orders into POS system accurately and efficiently.
• Clean and reset counters and tables; maintain cleanliness throughout the day.

Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused Front End Supervisor to join our team! You will be overseeing/helping staff who preparing coffee drinks and food for customers while creating a friendly and hospitable atmosphere. You will also assist customers in finding retail items, stock the store, ring customers up, amongst other duties. You are passionate about coffee and customer service! Organized, calm, and friendly, you make a point to go above and beyond to make sure customers have exceptional experiences.

Responsibilities

• Greet all customers with a friendly smile; provide friendly, efficient, and personal service to each customer
• Take food and drink orders; understand the food and beverage menu in order to provide the best possible description and execution of menu items to your guests
• Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of the coffee preparation process, including specialty drinks
• Accurately and efficiently enter orders into POS system
• Clear and reset counters and tables at the conclusion of each guest visit
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day, practicing clean-as-you-go procedures

Qualifications
