Qualifications

• 1+ year of supervisory experience in a retail or big box environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to lead a team.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to move, lift, and stand for extended periods, up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store functions and associates as Manager on Duty.
• Coach and train direct reports to maximize sales and service quality.
• Promote safety and adhere to company guidelines.
• Foster a diverse, collaborative team culture.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new associates.
• Participate in workload planning and community relations initiatives.
