Job summary

Family Dollar in Aiken, South Carolina is seeking a Part-time Third Keyholder to support store operations and deliver strong customer service. You will greet customers, assist with merchandise and transactions, help manage the store in coordination with the Store Manager, and ensure inventories, housekeeping and safety standards are maintained.

You will also open or close the store in absence of leadership, supervise cash handling, and guide team members on operating practices while maintaining

Qualifications

• Education: Prefer completion of high school or equivalent.
• Experience: Prefer management experience in retail, grocery or drug store environments.
• Ability to read, interpret and explain operational directives.

Responsibilities

• Guide store team on Family Dollar operating practices and procedures.
• Greet customers, assist with inquiries, resolve concerns.
• Increase basket size through suggestive selling and add-ons.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked store and positive image.
• Handle customer funds and process POS transactions accurately.
• Assist in unloading deliveries and stocking shelves.
• Open/close store in absence of Store Manager or Asst. Manager.
