Job summary

Ollie’s Bargain Outlet is seeking a Front End Specialist to assist customers, operate the cash register, and help maintain a clean, organized front of store. You will engage shoppers, explain current promotions, and ensure a friendly checkout experience.

This role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and a positive attitude, with a focus on delivering practical value and efficient service during evenings, weekends, and peak hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays on a regular basis.
• Positive attitude and team player who wants to engage and serve customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge every customer as they enter and exit the store and as they approach the front end.
• Accurately and efficiently operate the cash register.
• Be knowledgeable of current promotions and advertisements to answer customer questions and drive sales.
• Support Ollie’s Army and other donation programs year-round.
• Assist with receiving the truck, pricing items, merchandising product, and recovering the store.
• Maintain the store appearance and complete additional responsibilities as assigned.
