Ollie’s Bargain Outlet is seeking a Front End Specialist to assist customers and maintain the store front. You will manage checkout activities, answer questions about current promotions, and help keep the front end organized and inviting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge customers at the front of the store.
• Operate the cash register accurately and efficiently.
• Be knowledgeable about current promotions and advertisements to answer questions and drive sales.
• Support donation programs year-round.
• Assist with receiving trucks, pricing items, merchandising, and maintaining store appearance.
