Job summary

Ollie’s Bargain Outlet is seeking a Front End Specialist to assist customers and help maintain an inviting store appearance. You will handle front-end operations and support merchandising and service efforts across shifts.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, operating the cash register, staying aware of promotions, and participating in donation programs. A positive, team-oriented attitude is essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Positive attitude and team player who wants to engage and serve customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge every customer as they enter and exit the store and at the front end.
• Accurately and efficiently operate the cash register.
• Be knowledgeable of current promotions to answer questions and drive sales.
• Support Ollie’s Army and other donation programs year-round.
• Assist with receiving shipments, pricing items, merchandising, and maintaining store appearance.
• Complete additional front-end responsibilities as assigned.
