Job summary

Ollie’s Bargain Outlet is seeking a Front End Specialist to support customers and uphold the front end of store operations in a fast-paced retail environment. You will greet customers, operate the register, and promote current deals while keeping the front area organized and inviting.

You will assist with receiving, pricing, and merchandising, ensuring a positive shopping experience and adherence to store standards.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate the cash register accurately and efficiently.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge every customer entering or approaching the front end.
• Operate the cash register accurately and efficiently.
• Be knowledgeable of current promotions to answer questions and drive sales.
• Support Ollie’s Army and donation programs year-round.
• Assist with receiving merchandise, pricing items, and merchandising products.
• Maintain store appearance and assist with additional duties as assigned.
