Job summary

Ollie’s Bargain Outlet is seeking a Front End Specialist to support customers and keep the store front-end looking its best. You will greet customers, operate the register, and help explain current promotions to boost sales.

The role emphasizes teamwork, a positive attitude, and reliability, with opportunities to contribute to donation programs and store merchandising. This position requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.
• A positive attitude and team player who wants to engage and serve customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge every customer entering, exiting, and approaching the front end.
• Operate the cash register accurately and efficiently.
• Be knowledgeable of current promotions to answer questions and drive sales.
• Support Ollie’s Army and other donation programs year-round.
• Assist with receiving the truck, pricing items, merchandising product, and recovering the store.
• Maintain the store appearance and complete additional responsibilities as assigned.
