Job summary

ShopRite of East Haven, CT, is seeking a Front End Runner to deliver friendly, efficient service at the register and floor. You will scan, price, bag, and process payments while upholding safety and store policies.

The position requires standing for long periods, light lifting, and teamwork. Full-time hours with benefits are offered, with a focus on guest satisfaction and accurate transactions.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, speak English.
• Basic math skills for transactions.
• Stand/walk for long shifts.
• Lift 25 lbs regularly; up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Handle food items and work with varying temperatures.
• Interact with customers in a friendly manner.
• Work cooperatively and follow schedules.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, neat, safe work environment.
