Job summary

ShopRite is seeking a Front End Runner (Grade A) at the Brookfield location. The role involves delivering excellent customer service, accurate scanning, pricing, and bagging, as well as handling payments and providing proper change.

Responsibilities include maintaining a clean station, assisting customers, and following company procedures for all checkout operations. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work varied shifts, including overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, speak English proficiently.
• Ability to perform basic math.
• Able to stand/walk for entire shift.
• Able to lift 25 lbs and occasionally 50 lbs.
• Able to work in varying temperatures and handle cleaning agents.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, neat, safe work environment.
• Greet customers and provide prompt, courteous service.
• Enter customer information for eligibility in Wakefern programs.
• Be knowledgeable about store products.
• Process payments and handle cash with accuracy.
• Operate the cash register and adhere to cash handling procedures.
