Job summary

Ollie’s Bargain Outlet is seeking a Front End Specialist to assist customers and help maintain the store front. The role focuses on customer service, merchandising, and front-end operations to ensure a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, operating the register, promoting current deals, supporting donation programs, handling receiving and merchandising, and keeping the store in top condition.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge every customer at entry, exit, and front end.
• Operate the cash register accurately and efficiently.
• Be knowledgeable of current promotions to answer questions and drive sales.
• Support Ollie’s Army and other donation programs year-round.
• Assist with receiving shipments, pricing items, merchandising, and store recovery.
• Maintain the store appearance and complete additional responsibilities as assigned.
