Job summary

Ollie’s Bargain Outlet is hiring a Front End Specialist to assist customers and maintain the front end of the store. You will greet customers, operate the cash register, and use knowledge of current promotions to drive sales while supporting donation programs year-round.

The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and a positive attitude, with responsibilities in merchandising, receiving, pricing, and ensuring a welcoming store appearance for shoppers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset for serving customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge every customer as they enter and exit the store and as they approach the front end.
• Accurately and efficiently operate the cash register.
• Be knowledgeable of current promotions and advertisements to answer customer questions and drive sales.
• Support Ollie’s Army and other donation programs year-round.
• Assist with receiving shipments, pricing items, merchandising, and restocking the store.
• Maintain the store appearance and complete additional responsibilities as assigned.
