Job summary

Ollie’s is seeking a Front End Specialist to assist customers and help maintain the store’s appearance. You will handle front-end operations and provide excellent service at the cash register, while staying informed about promotions to boost sales.

The role focuses on greeting customers, merchandizing, and supporting donation programs, with opportunities to grow with a team that values service and a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.
• A positive attitude and team player who wants to engage and serve customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge every customer as they enter and exit the store and at the front end.
• Accurately and efficiently operate the cash register.
• Be knowledgeable of current promotions and advertisements to answer customer questions and drive sales.
• Support Ollie’s Army and other donation programs year-round.
• Assist with receiving the truck, pricing items, merchandising product, and recovering the store.
• Maintain the store appearance and complete additional responsibilities as assigned.
