Job summary

Ollie’s is seeking a Front End Specialist to assist customers and maintain the store’s appearance, with a primary focus on front-end operations. Responsibilities include greeting customers, operating the cash register, and promoting current ads.

You will support donation programs and help with receiving, pricing, merchandising, and store recovery, while maintaining a welcoming, tidy shopping environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Positive attitude and customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge every customer entering the store.
• Accurately and efficiently operate the cash register.
• Be knowledgeable of current promotions and ads to answer questions and drive sales.
• Support Ollie’s Army and other donation programs year-round.
• Assist with receiving, pricing, merchandising, and restocking as needed.
• Maintain the store appearance and complete additional responsibilities as assigned.
