Job summary

Ollie’s is hiring a Front End Specialist to assist customers and help maintain the store appearance. You will handle customer service at the front of the store, operate the cash register, and support merchandising and store maintenance to ensure a welcoming shopping experience.

You will learn promotions, assist with donations to Ollie’s Army, and work with a positive, team‑oriented attitude. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required, with a focus on friendly, helpful interactions

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.
• A positive attitude and team player who wants to engage and serve customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge every customer entering, exiting, and approaching the front end.
• Operate the cash register accurately and efficiently.
• Be knowledgeable of promotions to answer questions and drive sales.
• Support Ollie’s Army and other donation programs year-round.
• Assist with receiving, pricing items, merchandising, and store recovery.
• Maintain store appearance and handle additional assigned duties.
