Job summary

Ollie’s is seeking a Front End Specialist to assist customers, maintain store appearance, and support front-end operations. You’ll greet shoppers, ring up purchases accurately, stay knowledgeable about promotions, and help drive sales while embodying Ollie’s core values of teamwork, caring, and commitment.

Responsibilities include stocking, pricing, merchandising, donations programs support, and maintaining a welcoming sales floor.

Qualifications

• Customer service mindset with ability to engage and assist shoppers.
• Accurate cash handling and POS operation.
• Merchandising and store presentation knowledge.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge every customer entering or approaching the front end.
• Accurately and efficiently operate the cash register.
• Be knowledgeable of current promotions and advertisements to answer questions and drive sales.
• Support Ollie’s Army and other donation programs year-round.
• Assist with receiving, pricing items, merchandising, and recovering the store.
• Maintain store appearance and complete additional responsibilities as assigned.
