Job summary

Ollie’s in Waterville, Maine is seeking a Front End Specialist to assist customers and help maintain the store’s appearance. Primary focus is customer service and front-end operations.

You will greet and acknowledge every customer, operate the register, know current promotions, support Ollie’s Army and donation programs, assist with receiving and merchandising, and keep the store clean and welcoming.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.
• Positive attitude and a team player who wants to engage and serve customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge every customer as they enter and exit the store and at the front end.
• Accurately and efficiently operate the cash register.
• Be knowledgeable of current promotions and advertisements to answer customer questions and drive sales.
• Support Ollie’s Army and other donation programs year-round.
• Assist with receiving the truck, pricing items, merchandising, and recovering the store.
• Maintain the store appearance and complete additional responsibilities as assigned.
