Job summary

Ollie’s is seeking a Front End Specialist in a hands-on retail role. You will assist customers, manage front-end merchandising, and maintain store appearance, while upholding Ollie’s core values and community programs.

Your responsibilities include greeting customers, operating the cash register, and applying current promotions to drive sales while supporting donation programs year-round.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.
• Positive attitude and team player who serves customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge every customer at the front of the store.
• Accurately and efficiently operate the cash register.
• Be knowledgeable of current promotions and advertisements to answer questions and drive sales.
• Support Ollie’s Army and donation programs year-round.
• Assist with receiving trucks, pricing items, merchandising, and recovering the store.
• Maintain the store appearance and complete additional responsibilities as assigned.
