Job summary

Ollie’s Bargain Outlet is hiring a Front End Specialist for our North Olmsted, OH store. You’ll greet customers, handle the cash register, and help maintain a tidy, welcoming shop floor. Knowledge of current promotions and strong communication are key to driving sales and service.

You’ll join a team that values being a team player, caring for others, and working with energy. Prior retail or cashier experience is a plus; flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays on a regular basis.
• A positive attitude and team player who wants to engage and serve customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge every customer as they enter and exit the store and at the front end.
• Accurately and efficiently operate the cash register.
• Be knowledgeable of current promotions and advertisements to answer customer questions and drive sales.
• Support Ollie’s Army and other donation programs year-round.
• Assist with receiving the truck, pricing items, merchandising product, and recovering the store.
• Maintain the store appearance and complete additional responsibilities as assigned.
