Ollie’s Bargain Outlet, Inc. is hiring a Front End Specialist to assist customers and keep the front end running smoothly. You will handle the register, answer questions about promotions, and help maintain an attractive store appearance.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience or aptitude.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Positive attitude and teamwork mindset.
• Basic merchandising and store maintenance awareness.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge customers entering and approaching the front end.
• Operate the cash register accurately and efficiently.
• Know current promotions to answer questions and drive sales.
• Support donation programs and Ollie’s Army year-round.
• Assist with stocking, pricing, merchandising and store recovery.
• Maintain store appearance and take on additional duties as needed.
