Job summary

Ollie’s Bargain Outlet in Ohio seeks a Front End Specialist to deliver friendly, efficient service at the store entrance and checkout. You will help with merchandising, ensure front-end presentation, and support promotions to drive sales while upholding Ollie’s values.

The role focuses on greeting customers, handling transactions, maintaining a clean front-end area, and assisting with receiving, pricing, and restocking.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail customer service is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge every customer as they enter and exit the store and as they approach the front end.
• Accurately and efficiently operate the cash register.
• Be knowledgeable of current promotions and advertisements to answer customer questions and drive sales
• Support Ollie’s Army and other donation programs year-round.
• Assist with receiving the truck, pricing items, merchandising product, and recovering the store.
• Maintain the store appearance and complete additional responsibilities as assigned.
