Job summary

Ollie’s Kingsport store is seeking a Front End Specialist to assist customers and maintain the store’s appearance, with a primary focus on front end operations.

You will greet customers, operate the cash register, stay informed about promotions to answer questions and drive sales, support Ollie’s Army and other donation programs, assist with receiving and merchandising, and keep the store clean and organized.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.
• A positive attitude and team player who wants to engage and serve customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge every customer entering, exiting, or approaching the front end.
• Operate the cash register accurately and efficiently.
• Be knowledgeable of promotions to answer questions and drive sales.
• Support Ollie’s Army and other donation programs year-round.
• Assist with receiving, pricing items, merchandising, and recovering the store.
• Maintain the store appearance and complete additional responsibilities as assigned.
