Job summary

Ollie’s Hudson store seeks a Front End Specialist to assist customers and maintain the front-end area. You will greet customers, handle the cash register, and stay informed on promotions to help drive sales.

Responsibilities include supporting donation programs, stocking and merchandising, and keeping the store neat. A positive attitude and teamwork are essential to serve customers effectively.

Qualifications

• Background in customer service or retail is favorable.
• Experience handling cash and operating a register is a plus.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge every customer as they enter and approach the front end.
• Accurately and efficiently operate the cash register.
• Be knowledgeable of current promotions to answer questions and drive sales.
• Support Ollie’s donation programs year-round.
• Assist with receiving shipments, pricing items, merchandising, and housekeeping of the store.
• Maintain the store appearance and complete additional duties as assigned.
