Job summary

Ollie’s is seeking a Front End Specialist to assist customers and maintain the store front end. You will be responsible for customer service, merchandising, and day-to-day store maintenance to ensure a clean, welcoming shopping environment.

Primary duties include greeting customers, operating the cash register, knowing current promotions, and supporting donation programs year-round. A high school diploma is preferred, with flexibility for evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused frontline experience is preferred.
• Ability to greet customers and answer questions.
• Knowledge of promotions and advertisements to drive sales.
• Be willing to support donation programs year-round.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge customers entering, exiting, and approaching the front end.
• Accurately and efficiently operate the cash register.
• Stay informed about current promotions and ads to assist customers and drive sales.
• Support Ollie’s Army and other donation programs throughout the year.
• Assist with receiving shipments, stocking, pricing, and maintaining store appearance.
