Job summary

Ollie’s is hiring a Front End Specialist to assist customers and help maintain the store appearance, with a primary focus on front-end operations.

You will greet customers, operate the cash register accurately, stay informed about promotions, and support Ollie’s Army and other donation programs year‑round.

A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, and you should be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with a positive, team‑oriented attitude.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.
• A positive attitude and team player who wants to engage and serve customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge every customer entering and exiting.
• Accurately and efficiently operate the cash register.
• Be knowledgeable of current promotions and advertisements to answer customer questions and drive sales
• Support Ollie’s Army and other donation programs year-round.
• Assist with receiving the truck, pricing items, merchandising product, and recovering the store.
• Maintain the store appearance and complete additional responsibilities as assigned.
