Job summary

Ollie is seeking a Front End Specialist in a consumer retail setting. You will greet customers, operate the cash register, and assist with promotions to drive sales at the front end of the store.

You will also support Ollie’s Army and donation programs, help with receiving and pricing, and maintain an inviting store appearance. A high school diploma is preferred and flexibility on evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.
• Positive attitude and team player who engages and serves customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge every customer entering or approaching the front end.
• Operate the cash register accurately and efficiently.
• Know current promotions to answer questions and drive sales.
• Support donation programs year-round and assist with store tasks.
• Assist with receiving, pricing, merchandising, and store recovery.
• Maintain store appearance and take on assigned duties as needed.
