Job summary

Ollie’s is seeking a Front End Specialist to assist customers and keep the front of the store inviting. You will greet customers, ring up purchases, and promote current promotions to drive sales while supporting donation programs.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent, can work evenings, weekends, and holidays, and brings a positive, service-oriented attitude. Ollie’s offers a 20% associate discount and a range of voluntary benefits in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• A positive attitude and team player who wants to engage and serve customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge every customer as they enter and exit the store and as they approach the front end.
• Accurately and efficiently operate the cash register.
• Be knowledgeable of current promotions and advertisements to answer customer questions and drive sales.
• Support Ollie’s Army and other donation programs year-round.
• Assist with receiving the truck, pricing items, merchandising product, and recovering the store.
• Maintain the store appearance and complete additional responsibilities as assigned.
