Job summary

Ollie's Bargain Outlet in Warsaw, IN is hiring a Front End Specialist 2 to assist customers and help maintain the store appearance. You will operate the cash register and be knowledgeable about promotions to answer questions and drive sales.

This role also involves supporting donation programs, merchandising, and receiving, with physical tasks and a focus on teamwork and guest satisfaction. Evening/weekend shifts are required. Equal opportunity employer.

Internal Job Title: Front End Specialist 2

Position Overview:

The Front End Specialist 2 assists Ollie's customers and helps to maintain the store appearance. They are responsible for all aspects of customer service, merchandising, and store maintenance, with primary focus on the front end of store operations.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Greet and acknowledge every customer as they enter and exit the store and as they approach the front end.
• Accurately and efficiently operate the cash register.
• Be knowledgeable of current promotions and advertisements to answer customer questions and drive sales.
