Job summary

Ollie’s Bargain Outlet in Indiana is seeking a Front End Specialist to assist customers and maintain the store appearance. This role focuses on customer service, merchandising, and front-end operations with responsibilities including greeting customers, operating the cash register, and promoting current discounts.

You will support donation programs, help with receiving trucks, pricing items, and keeping the store inviting and organized.

• Support donation programs and maintain store appearance.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge every customer as they enter, exit, or approach the front end.
• Accurately and efficiently operate the cash register.
• Be knowledgeable of current promotions to answer questions and drive sales.
• Support Ollie’s Army and other donation programs year-round.
• Assist with receiving shipments, pricing, merchandising, and recovering the store.
• Maintain the store appearance and complete additional responsibilities as assigned.
