Ollie’s Bargain Outlet is seeking a Front End Specialist to assist customers and maintain the store front-end operations. You will greet customers, manage checkout, and support store appearance while contributing to a positive shopping experience.

The role emphasizes great customer service, teamwork, and familiarity with promotions to drive sales and support donation programs. Flexible scheduling includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Formación

• 6 months of prior retail experience preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.
• A positive attitude and team player who wants to engage and serve customers.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and acknowledge every customer as they enter and exit the store and as they approach the front-end.
• Operate the register accurately and efficiently, approve refunds for other Associates, and assist with training new Associates.
• Be knowledgeable of current promotions and advertisements to answer customer questions and drive sales.
• Support Ollie’s Army and other donation programs year-round.
• Assist with receiving the truck, pricing items, merchandising product, and recovering the store.
• Maintain the store appearance and complete additional responsibilities as assigned.
